The Nest has completed a major apartment privacy upgrade designed to give each resident a more private and comfortable living experience.
Each unit now features four private, individually enclosed bedrooms, with each bedroom separated by its own private door, frame, and locking hardware.
What’s New
- 4 private bedrooms in every unit
- Individual bedroom doors for every resident
- Locking bedroom hardware for added privacy
- Improved separation between each resident’s personal space
- Updated framing, drywall, trim, and paint
- Ventilation improvements where required
- Existing Jack-and-Jill bathroom configuration remains in place
The result is a much more functional student-living layout where every resident has their own private bedroom while still enjoying the shared living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and other common areas of the apartment.
These improvements were completed throughout the building as part of our continued commitment to providing a high-quality student housing experience at The Nest.
